A Battlefield 6 developer has admitted that the game's menus may not address every issue players had with them during the recent beta in time for launch. Some Battlefield 6 fans criticized the game's in-game UI, and it seems Battlefield Studios is aware of the feedback so far.
Complaints about Battlefield 6's menus often center on the fact that it has taken a tile-based approach, which is particularly controller-friendly. However, the end result is something users might typically expect to see from a streaming service like Netflix rather than a video game. At least, that's how much of the criticism was framed. Many players prefer the vertical menus of old and would like to see them make a return in the new game.
Speaking to PC Gamer, Battlefield Studios' technical director Christian Buhl confirmed that the development team is "looking at [the] feedback" players gave about Battlefield 6's menus, and changes are being made to reflect that. Buhl said, "I can't say exactly what we'll fix.
