One Cyberpunk 2077 player has beaten the game without investing in any cyberware. Making matters even more unusual, this wasn't a deliberate challenge, with the fan turning Cyberpunk 2077 into an ultra-hardcore experience completely on accident.

The so-called "all-natural" challenge has previously gained traction among Cyberpunk 2077 fans for offering a punishing level of difficulty with no modding required. It also allows role-playing a V who's adamant to hang on to their humanity, even though, unlike the Cyberpunk tabletop game, the video game doesn’t actually penalize excessive cyberware use with a loss of sanity.

While there are at least dozens of players who managed to beat Cyberpunk 2077 with the all-natural challenge ruleset to date, there may only be one who did so accidentally.
