EA, DICE, and Battlefield Studios today revealed the roadmap for Battlefield 6 Season 1, which promises new maps, modes, and weapons, but no Battle Royale.
Battlefield 6 may not be out yet, but EA and DICE are already looking to keep the hype going past the game's launch. Like any other live service game, Battlefield 6 features different seasons that add new content to the game, including maps, modes, vehicles, and other features. For this game, DICE have opted to split up the content across different months, allowing new content to trickle out across the entirety of the season. Season 1 kicks-off October 28 with the first batch of content followed by drops on November 18 and December 9. What you won't find in Season 1 is the long-rumored Battle Royale mode. Unless DICE and EA make an announcement soon, it's likely we won't see this mode until 2026.
Going Rogue
The first portion of content, Rogue Ops, kicks-off Season 1 on October 28 and adds a new map, three weapons, a vehicle, multiplayer mode, and attachments. Blackwell Fields, the new map, is a large map that supports all combat sizes as well both land and air vehicles....
