NVIDIA Brings Ray Tracing to Dying Light: The Beast

NVIDIA is adding its most recent tech to a few big games just in time for the Holidays. Headlining this news is the addition of ray tracing to Dying Light: The Beast. The game is Techland's third in the series, but was aimed at being DLC for the second game, but ultimately got its own release back in September. The Beast also offers NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, DLAA and NVIDIA Reflex. Ray tracing will be incorporated with global illumination lighting, reflection and shadows. This game may end up looking like an entirely new game with the implementation.

NVIDIA DLSS 4 Technology Additions

DLSS 4 is coming to even more titles on PC and will be bringing along NVIDIA Reflex in some of these games. ARK: Lost Colony, not to be confused with Lost Ark which is getting the same treatment, will be two games that will include DLSS 4 as ARK: Lost Colony will get NVIDIA Reflex. Lost Ark will see support for DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA in the first quarter of 2026 in North America and Europe. ARK: Lost Colony DLSS 4 update is available today.
