The Legend of Zelda has a massive impact on the Nintendo Switch era. Not only did we see classic titles remade, and Princess Zelda herself get more time in the spotlight via games like Echoes of Wisdom, but we saw record-breaking sales for the saga and its spinoffs. As such, many are eager for the first true “mainline” game to drop on the Nintendo Switch 2. We have already had a canon game in the series arrive on the platform via Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment, which I reviewed and gave a really good score.
