Dark Horse Announces New Dungeons and Dragons, Magic: The Gathering Comics

Dark Horse Comics has partnered with Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast on a new publishing line of graphic novels and comic books based on Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons. The series will predominantly consist of original stories inspired by Wizards of the Coast's popular IPs.

Dark Horse Comics and Wizards of the Coast have been frequent collaborators for four decades, with their initial partnership dating back to the classic '90s comic Magic: The Gathering: Gerrard's Quest. More recently, the two companies worked together on Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons, a four-issue comic book miniseries released in July 2021.

The new president of Wizards of the Coast is a name that fans of World of Warcraft, Diablo, and many other Blizzard games might recognize.

Their long-running partnership is now set to continue with a new publishing program that promises to expand the worlds of Dungeons and Dragons and Magic: The Gathering.
