Thousands of Non-Gaming Xbox 360 Content Will Be Delisted Soon

Thousands of themes, pics, and demos will be delisted on Xbox 360 soon due to the Xbox Marketplace's closure on the platform. With a week to go before the store closure, Microsoft already announced that more Xbox 360 games will be getting a last-minute discount. While some of the titles and games present will still be available for other platforms, a lot of digital-only content will be unavailable once the Marketplace goes offline.

The Xbox 360 and its Marketplace has been home to many things. Many fans says it perfected the Xbox Live Arcade, as well as introduced the Xbox Live Indie Games. These helped build the framework, and push the digital and online revolution and evolution that holds a market in Microsoft's community even to this day via the Xbox Series S. As the concept of digital-only content became a big part of Microsoft's culture, several purchasables such as avatars, gamer pics, themes, and other personalization features became commonplace on the Xbox 360. Sadly, with the closure of the Xbox 360 soon, these aesthetic cosmetics will soon be delisted.
