World of Warcraft: The War Within Keeping a Time-Saving Feature for Alts

World of Warcraft is giving players the ability to skip the lengthy intro scenario to The War Within after they have completed it once. As soon as the new World of Warcraft expansion launches, fans should be able to jump straight to Dornogal on secondary characters, letting them save significant amounts of time on alts.

Many World of Warcraft expansions have lengthy intro scenarios, such as the Battle for the Broken Shore in Legion, the Horde’s rescue of Talanji in Battle for Azeroth, or the first descent into the Maw in Shadowlands. While awesome the first time, these scenarios can take up to an hour to complete, making them tedious chores on alts. In recent years, World of Warcraft has implemented skipping mechanics that let players bypass these scenarios on subsequent characters.

World of Warcraft arrives in Diablo 4 in a big way, with tons of Azeroth-themed cosmetics available for the heroes of Sanctuary to obtain.
