Funko Fusion just received a massive update patch, one that adds quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes across the board. Funko recently partnered with 10:10 Games for an epic crossover game featuring its popular line of Funko Pop figures and franchises like Back to the Future, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and Team Fortress 2 in Funko Fusion, which launched on Windows and current-gen consoles on September 13. A version for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 is set to release on November 15.
So far, reactions to Funko Fusion have been mixed, with much of the criticism being aimed at its formulaic combat and repetitive missions. Still, many see potential in Funko Fusion’s mix of popular characters from video games and Universal Pictures properties, especially if developers decide to add DLC characters to fill out notable holes in the game’s already-packed roster. 10:10 Games can also address some of the technical issues players have with Funko Fusion in the form of update patches, and the developer has already gotten a big head start on that.
