Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 players are in for a treat after Saber Interactive rolled out a patch that adds a plethora of quality-of-life features and some adjustments to the game's challenge. It's no secret that Space Marine 2 is best played with a squad of friends, especially when it comes to the punishing Veteran difficulty. Enemies are significantly more aggressive and hit much harder, meaning those who may want to take on the experience as a solo Ultramarine are in for a potentially frustrating time.
On Steam, Saber Interactive dropped the patch notes for Space Marine 2's latest update, and beyond adding support for ultra-wide monitors and private lobbies for co-op Operations, it also makes some serious balance adjustments. In the campaign, enemy aggressiveness in Veteran Difficulty has been decreased to allow for a "better single-player experience," but this isn't to say that the battle against the Tyranids will be a pushover. To compensate for the enemy nerfs, players' health has been slightly reduced to ensure that they're not able to quickly storm through Veteran.
The Veteran Difficulty nerfs will be a major win for most solo Space Marine 2 players but Saber...
