Over on Nexus Mods, creator Craftian shared their impressive "Then Came The Stranger" mod which adds a "Nemesis-style enemy" to New Vegas that spends their time constantly hunting the player. The mod's lore notes that when the Great Khans shot and buried The Courier, they accidentally unearthed an unkillable entity that now prowls the Mojave. Players can defeat The Stranger in combat but their nemesis will only stay away for a brief period before resuming their hunt, ensuring that The Courier must constantly be vigilant or else be ambushed at the worst possible moment.
