Over on X (formerly Twitter), user Reidboyy, who is known in the Call of Duty community for setting records, confirmed that he's the first person in the world to unlock a Gold Camo in Black Ops 6, specifically for the XM4.
The feat took the talented player just over an hour to complete, which is staggering considering the game launched today, on October 25. Reidboyy has noted that this is just the first step on his bigger mission to earn every Black Ops 6 Camo, including the Dark Matter Camos, by the end of the launch weekend.
