Logo images for Warcraft 2: Remastered have leaked online ahead of an official reveal, hinting that the title will be announced soon. The original game was released in 1995 as a sequel to the 1994 Warcraft, and both games spawned an empire. To this day, the Warcraft franchise, which includes the long-running MMO World of Warcraft, is loved by many.

Now it seems that Blizzard is hoping to revisit the nostalgia of the old game with a remaster. Logo and background images have been revealed, as shared by Stiven_SRB on X, offering fans a glimpse of the upcoming likely announcement.

According to Wowhead (as spotted by IGN), the images were accidentally released alongside an update to Blizzard's CDNs, along with the note "Warcraft II: Remastered Internal Alpha." If this leak is real, then it looks like the game is already playable and may indicate that it'll come out sooner than fans might expect.
