The new Dead by Daylight Chapter “Doomed Course” has been revealed today, and the new Killer and Survivor it brings are now playable on the Public Test Beta. Doomed Course also includes another Mount Ormond map, The Ormond Lake Mine. Hopefully it still has snow! Patch 8.4.0 features a significant number of Killer updates, with 7 of the Entity’s monsters receiving changes to their basekit — most are getting addon changes as well. The focus on Perk changes continues, with 4 Killer Perks and 4 Survivor Perks being modified.
Outside of gameplay changes, there are also some improvements to the HUD, both for Survivor Activities and how Perks look when they are unavailable or disabled. We’ve summarized the patch below, or you can read on to see the full list of changes.
