A very nicely designed side scrolling game with some tough challenges. The graphics are simple enough, a nice first game from the developer, but the game play is really fun. There is some humour within the story line but mainly this is a tough side scrolling platformer where you need to time your actions precisely in order to move forward. Definitely a big challenge and not a game you pick up to have a casual good time, but more to challenge yourself. I did find it tough at many parts, with lots of platforming and timed jumps but overall I really enjoyed it. Once you complete the main story, that is just the beginning, as new game mechanics are unlocked. I found that changing the main control layout also really helped, using the triggers to attack and grapple was much easier.
