This game is trying to fight toxic behavior while having super toxic game-matching behavior (EOMM). If you're a casual player who just wants to have fun with a little competition, you won't—because competitive matches are most of the time one-sided. You either get wrecked or wreck the other team. It's based on which side the game wants to put you on to hold you back (or push you forward).I would not recommend.
