Piotrux PC Building Simulator 2 Review
Apr 25, 2026
PC Building Simulator 2 is quite an enjoyable game. When I started playing the first one and then moved to the second, I barely knew anything about computers. However, after spending more time in the game, I began to understand the basics and even got interested in the world of PCs in general.
A big advantage is that the developers regularly add updates to the base game instead of releasing lots of paid DLCs. Unfortunately, most of these updates mainly focus on adding new parts. For me, that’s a bit of a downside it would be better if they also introduced new gameplay mechanics.
Overall, the mechanics in the game aren’t very difficult, and I feel like it’s missing more challenging events or features that could make the experience more engaging and deeper.
Unfortunately, the game also has some bugs that can make it difficult or even impossible to play, especially in career mode. I lost several save files even though I had already reached a fairly high level. The issue was that after finishing a computer build, the game showed an error saying that cables were not connected, even though everything was done correctly. There was no way to fix or bypass this bug, which completely blocked my progress and made it very frustrating to continue playing at higher levels.
