Pongy Unicorn Overlord Review

An interesting strategy game where an orphan prince meets tons of characters, gathers units, and ultimately builds an army to free all regions of the continent that have been invaded by a dark enemy. Battle system is quite unique: not real-time action, not turn-by-turn, but rather an automatic battle that unravels according to the strategic tweaks you brought to your units beforehand, which I find a good idea on paper but in the end just leads the player to skip viewing the battles. Art style and animations are absolutely gorgeous, music is good, side quests and dialogues are okay. The game is a bit too long, the last two regions started to feel repetitive.
