Pongy Assassin's Creed Origins Review

The new formula of AC was really welcome : an open world explorable with your mount, no more shy small customizations but a whole loot RPG system, more gameplay variety. But the best thing about this game is its atmosphere : Ancient Egypt is simply incredible to explore. All the landscapes, villages, monuments, nature are gorgeous (finally a photo mode that finds its use), and the musical ambiance is amazing. The story, although quite stereotypical as it is a quest of vengeance, is fun to follow, filled with memorable characters. The new mechanic of chasing high-level targets while being hunted by mercenaries is also refreshing. Anyway, this would be the game I'd recommend first to anyone that wants to discover AC, because it's probably the best of the series.
