It's a big game with lots of content. With that comes a lot of bugs, especially in GTA Online. A lot of bugging on sessions happens. That can include being disconnected randomly in the middle of a heist, not being able to access utilities such as bunker or hanger. When you contact them about this the support can't do anything about it unless they can "verify your claim". Meaning if they can't see logs of your bugs, they didn't happen. It's a huge game and it will have bugs, I understand that. But not being able to own up to it and compensate the players when those bugs happen and affect the players negatively is a big no for me.
