What a good feeling it is to stumble, without even looking for it, upon a game that just hits the spot, isn't it?
Arcade Paradise made me feel that way. The fact that I'm not a regular player of management and simulation games probably also contributed to it. It reminds me a bit of the first time I played Game Dev Tycoon.
Returning to the game, it's a little gem. Nothing is incredible, but everything, absolutely everything, is made with care and originality. The art is beautiful, the music is good, there are varied ideas, the storyline is satisfying—in short, what you would expect from any game. Basically, it doesn't promise much and delivers everything.
Good times. I highly recommend it!
