Of course, and as expected, the graphics and mechanics are better, it's prettier and better finished, but... The script seems poorly copied from the third game, and the characters are not even close to being as charismatic as the previous ones. And this is not compensated by the few and timid innovations. It's not a bad game, but it didn't reinvent the wheel. I recommend it if it's on sale!
