Another Far Cry in my chronological journey through this franchise! And honestly, this was the best surprise since the 3rd and its wonderful Blood Dragon!
It had been a while since a Far Cry game entertained me so much, and it took a while for it to become repetitive (because, whether you like it or not, it does get repetitive).
Let's start with the fact that the game is simply BEAUTIFUL.
Furthermore, despite a much less complex map, you feel much more free to act than in the previous ones, where you feel the weight of the monotonous obligation to always repeat the same tasks.
The story and its characters gained a relevance that hadn't been felt since the 3rd. And given the current North American political context, well... let's say it fits.
However, sooner or later a laziness sets in, because despite the efforts it continues to be the same repetitive recipe as always. This is even stronger if your goal is to get all the collectibles or achievements.
However, it is undoubtedly so far the game that stands out the most with the third in the Franchise.
I recommend it!
