Masterpiece. It’s simply the best Mario Kart, that’s really all there is to it. It’s better than 8 for a few reasons…Graphics are an incremental improvement. Also, despite what Reddit says, having large stretches on tracks from the open-world where you no longer need to constantly power slide (like you do on the small circuits) is a great change of pace and an evolution.
