SkillPoint Tales of Eternia Remastered Review

Tales of Eternia Remastered is a charming return to the series’ roots. The story of Inferia, Celestia, and the looming Great Fall follows familiar JRPG conventions, but it’s brought to life by a likable cast and brilliantly written dialogue. The real-time combat system still has a charm of its own, while the new gameplay boosters make this classic more accessible. There are some drawbacks: a relatively small world, few side activities, and a fairly modest visual upgrade. Anyone expecting a modern JRPG with a sprawling world may be disappointed. But fans of classic Tales adventures will find a lovingly crafted trip back in time that still has plenty of heart.
