Don't bother unless you are already really good. Game claims to be a competitive based game, but does nothing when people like me who are new to not just the game but mouse and keyboard fps as well, are absolutely bullied lol. In comp, thought I was getting better progressing to iron 3 very quickly when multiple games in a row I get the feeling something isn't right. The other team top player in one of these games had 45 kills... I asked him why does he smurf.. He replied "cry about it, nothing below ascendant will be banned for smurfing" mocking me for being in iron 3 and using jett to hover and shoulder corners, annihilating everyone cross map with a phantom. Again, don't bother with this game unless you are already good at it or were good at another fps on mnk because you will get smoked by people smurfing who call you trash and apparently the game just doesn't care.
