SungJinwoo Marvel Rivals Review

I have been playing this game for a long time under Epic games and i have multiple hours with considerably high amount of investment in game. The game is good and it is fun but the customer service and ban system is not. Just yesterday I had a game where i clutched finally with an ult from a character in the final moment of the game and I was thrown off with derogatory terms from people from the opposing team. I did retaliate for what they said, but my party members started a game before I could report them. By the time I was done with the next match, they reported me first and I was banned from chat for 24 hours when they started using censored words in the first place, which makes no sense. I play under the name Sung,Jinwoo, and I usually am not toxic if the opponents are sensible, i always appreciate good opponents too. This game is good but I am not investing another penny or recommending this when the system is this biased and cannot even process or look through a report properly and blindly support the first come person, which is stupid. I feel bad for spending any money in this game, and will never do so in the future. I will recommend everyone not to play this game if you are good or bad, as either ways you will be mocked or abused in chat and the funny part is, they will report you first and you get the ban for talking back and holding yourself, clean trash of a game, ban and support system.
