swain Dead Island 2 Review

i claimed this game free from epic games and when i have i9 13900k and rtx 4070 and my pc's all drivers are up-to-date but for some reason when i try to play story mode the game keep crashing and i cannot find any solution. please fix this issue and many of my friends facing this same issue.
