TheDevilBoxer Elden Ring Review

An exceptional action RPG that mitigates some of the complains I have with Dark Souls by being open world and allowing the player to simply keep exploring when they hit a brick wall. One of the downsides to this, though, is that there are a lot of somewhat samey enemy encounters, catacombs, and points of interest to discover. The best parts of the game are the proper dungeons, which suggests maybe that they still have some growing to do in bringing their formula to the open world format.
