TheLithium 007 First Light Review

I do not recommend 007 First Light. At its highest highs 007 is a 9/10. Unfortunately, at its lowest lows 007 is barely a 6/10. The best parts about the game is the shooting and story. Shooting makes combat feel fantastic, while melee combat feels very clunky and outdated. The biggest problems with the game is the fun factor. It's just not that fun. There's A LOT of slow walking for long levels where you're unable to run and the entire objective is to walk slowly from one point on the map to another. The devs didn't really nail the feeling of being "smart and slick like James Bond". I get that a big part of the game is being smart and figuring out solutions to problems. But many times these "problems" I were to solve were designed in a way that made me feel like a very unsmooth and dumb Bond for getting stuck in a level that I did not know how to progress. 007 is not a bad game. But it's really not a good game either. I would spend my money on one of the many other bangers that are releasing now. I do not recommend 007 First Light.
