thunderball Mass Effect Legendary Edition Review

Apr 3, 2026
The Mass Effect series is an epic of a space adventure, and probably BioWare’s Mangum Opus (still have yet to play Jade Empire). While the graphics will not blow anyone’s mind in 2026, all 3 games have some of the best writing that come out during the Xbox 360 era. The only hiccups I had that drag the score down a bit were a lot of bugs throughout the games, particularly in ME2 and ME3. None of them were game breaking, but I had handful of times where I had to reload to progress, or unstuck Sheperd, and even just some graphical glitches like Liara T posing during a cutscene in ME3 (couldn’t stop laughing from it honestly). Another weird thing was that my shield would not charge if my FPS wasn’t locked at 60. I don’t even know how that even happens. If I were to ranked them, it would have to in this order: ME1 (Preferred the slight open world, similar to Dragon Age: Origins). ME3 (Smarter AI, and more fun mechanics) ME2 (I got stuck on so many areas in that game).
