tiagomnh Dragon Age: The Veilguard Review
Dec 20, 2024
The game makes a strong first impression with its spectacular visuals and high production values. However, as you spend more time with it, the repetitive combat, lack of enemy variety, and shallow quests without meaningful choices become increasingly apparent. Also, the Veilguard members are written to be universally likable, which unfortunately makes them feel a little boring.
Most of the game's mechanics just don’t hold up well over dozens of hours, so I would just recommend focusing on the main storyline and the Veilguard character quests, even if some don’t really nail the landing.
