The combat system completely missed the step for me, none of the 2 melee style felt interesting to develop, difficulty is completely gone, the story in itself is really not interesting despite Majima being as loveable a character as he always was. Some sidequest stand out, some are very good even but overall, Kamurocho's joker deserved a better solo episode.
