Way too punishing, unbalanced matchmaking, making the game realistically absolutely unenjoyable past a certain threshold of played hours. After you play 100/200 hours your matchmaking passes the point of no return. From this point forward you cannot go back in MMR, you are stuck playing against the unemployment final bosses
