yoshiSputnik DOOM: The Dark Ages Review

Gameplay is better than both last games (the addition of the shield and rechargeable melee was my favourite part of this game). The map diversity is awesome. The length of the cinematic scenes were perfect (personal opinion, I do not like games with movie length cutscenes). There are more story elements to this game relative to the last 2, but I enjoyed it. Only remark, the soundtrack gets the job done, however tracks all feel the same and none stand out (as opposed to the others with Rip and Tear and The only they fear is you). I feel this game would have been taken to another level if the music was made by the same person as the last games.
