While the demo lowered my expectations, admittedly because of the copy and paste presentation, 2K21 is enough of a change from 2K20 to stand on it’s own.

NHL 22 makes a successful jump to the Frostbite engine by playing it more safe than any other game in the past. It’s a fun game for any hockey fan, but won’t give you that true next-gen feel you may be wanting.
Madden NFL 23 is a game that does quite a bit to make on-field play more fun than in years past. And even with its shortcomings, it’s finally starting to turn into the game fans have been hoping for some time.
Forza Motorsport is a beautiful game that will feel familiar to returning fans. However, the game is just a pretty face with no real interesting additions to make it interesting. Overall, it’s a solid racing game.
It’s not a game that’s going to change the mind of everyone who’s ever had a problem with the franchise over the years, but UFC 5 is still a good game worth picking up for any MMA fan.
It's not going to make you completely forget about getting Madden this year, but Axis Football 17 does a solid job of giving PC football fans who've been yearning for a fun experience an option to pick up.
