A must play. That's the word for Marvel Rivals after two weeks. The game is not perfect, far from it, but it has the merit of associating fan service with real content, with a revisit of the hero shooter genre, what the last competitors behind Overwatch had obviously not assimilated well or succeeded. Marvel Rivals has a future ahead of it if the NetEase follow-up remains the same. And the gaming community is listened to. It's free, and playing Iron Man is fun so you'd be wrong to miss out on one of the best Marvel video games today. If it is not the best...

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, eagerly awaited, was like a Kamehameha straight from our hands, the fruit of our exaltation, many sleepless nights to unlock the entire roster and the cumulative pleasure of playing, playing and playing some more. The title isn't perfect, and suffers from a few optimization issues that may be the result of certain choices made by the development team, but it's still great. Since Dragon Ball Fighter Z, we've lacked a title that could renew the license with such freshness, and this is a stunning return for the Budokai Tenkaichi saga !

Every year, the NBA 2K saga poses as the high priestess of sports game simulations. It is difficult to envisage, when the basic recipe remains the same, that the outcome will change this year.

You don't change a winning team and that's almost exactly what EA Sports FC 25 offers us this season.

The king has returned and his comeback is incredible. Gameplay, content… Hangar 13 was able to take back perfectly the strength of Top Spin 4 and applied it again with mastery to lay us one of the best sports games of recent years, all disciplines combined. With its Season Pass, Top Spin 2K25 will erase in the future some of these slags, as a base roster quite weak, but its lackluster graphics will stay.

WWE 2K24 is clearly aiming at wrestling fans. They will not be disoriented level taken in hand by the arrival of new features in the execution of certain shots. Nor by the few technical flaws. The new games are way too much fun and the Showcase mode dedicated to Wrestlemania is really successful. But the graphic limits and a certain lack of variety in the content, are all defects are unfortunate. But WWE 2K24 succeeds in its mission : to entertain us.

Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is not at all up to the manga or the anime. It could have been a good adaptation if it had benefited from care, ideas and consistency in its development. He does not honor his genre nor the manga he is supposed to adapt. The rendering is catastrophic, embarrassing and shameful for any lover of JJK.

If you have never played a Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, Storm Connections is clearly for you since it compiles the best, but also the worst of the previous games. The game fills its compilation function and pushes the fan service enough, with an original story touching enough, to invite itself on the library of a regular license also.

UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER : The Feast of the Wolves is an excellent tribute game but as a video game, it doesn't achieve much. While the gameplay is really enjoyable, the challenges quickly become repetitive, and the game suffers from major technical problems such as clipping and occasional framerate drops. A game for nostalgic gamers and hardcore fans of the anime, who will forgive anything the game can't do right.

Presented as both a transitional episode and the best in the series, Football Manager 2024 succeeds in this double challenge. Firstly, because it subtly introduces mechanics that are bound to be improved in the years to come. Secondly, because it concentrates the best of the previous opuses, while pushing the level of quality to the maximum. Long live Football Manager... and long live the sequel, gentlemen!

It's hard to be picky when you love basketball and the NBA, and are a regular on NBA 2K's virtual floor. This new edition maintains the same rhythm as its predecessors, with a taste for the demanding and the realistic, reinforced by a few good new features, such as the simplified mode for My NBA, the arrival of the salary cap in MyTeam and significant gameplay improvements.

Football Manager 2022 is no exception to the rule established by its long line: rule without sharing. This is exactly what the Sports Interactive game will do this season, as much by the absence of competition as by an impeccable mastery of its subject, reinforced by new features more likely to improve playing comfort. The Covid has certainly played, but this edition still lacks major changes to mark the occasion. When it comes to being the indisputable owner of your Steam library, football fan, you know the answer.

Doing better than FIFA 21 was inevitable for FIFA 22. And the task was pretty busy, between a pleasant interface to handle, an ever more addictive Ultimate Team mode and a more defensive gameplay, this time. But some defects persist, others have emerged and overall, the container remains the same from one year to the next. If EA has made the choice to reform the form this season, and under the condition that the patches improve and do not destroy what has been put in place, it will be necessary for the developer to urgently look at the background, which purrs and would need to be fleshed out.

A good vintage that this NBA 2K22, this is undeniable. On current-gen, the game does the job and follows in broad strokes what the next-gen version offers, the power and graphic quality less. The latter enjoys an arduous gameplay for novices but oh so much more balanced for purists, with the dose of challenge that goes well. In the end, there are only the VCs, untimely loading times (again) and a technical quality not always irreproachable in certain areas (facial expressions) to cast a little shadow on this new component, which can only end up elsewhere than at home if you like basketball... failing to revolutionize the genre and the license in the great widths.

We probably have our game for the summer with Knockout City . Refreshing, invigorating, accessible and endowed with a huge potential, the title developed by Velan Studios has something to convince you, in particular thanks to a certain replayability, especially with friends. If its look will divide, the content is there : it remains to be fleshed out so as not to exceed the status of simple summer hit.

Outriders is an OK RPG shooter that can be thrilling in it gunfights, but it never takes off. Its weak narrative and numerous bugs and crashes and lack of memorable moments prevent it from sitting next to the most successful online TPS.

If you own a next-gen console and are willing to play FIFA 21, you don't need to hesitate as it is a beautifutl and vibrant version of the game... But really similar to the one available on PS4 and Xbox One, not very well balanced on the pitch.

A first glimpse of the future on new generation consoles: this is what this next-gen NBA 2K21 offers, with additional content, enhanced gameplay, even better graphics qualitative and a very convincing optimization, with finally non-existent loading times. But the room for progress and work is still important, with technical slag to erase, a lack of risk-taking at the career level for men but also for women. Projects which we can not wait to see the progress for the future. In the meantime, this opus, although being a big preview of the next-gen, does the job.

Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales is a fantastic way to extend the original game, with the same strengths and weaknesses. This game is not already using the full potential of PS5, but it still is a great adventure that will totally conquer fans of Spider-Man with its universe, pretty good ideas and soundtrack.
