The Messenger is an almost entirely well-made Genremix, which has his issues with the difficulty in the second half, but thanks to the humour, the flawless gameplay, the lovely artwork and the score the title manages to succeed in every discipline. Dark Souls Remastered is also in this version one kind of an experience: The game does not give you anything, but manages to deliver unique moments of success while progressing through the game and comes with very deep-rooted and highly sophisticated gameplay mechanics. Despite there is no additional content aside the Prepare to Die Edition and only a few minor graphical changes were made, fans and new entrants to the series should definitely get their hands on one of the most insteresting and fascinating titles in the history of videogames.

Thanks to his brilliant gameplay, the catchy soundtrack and the lovely presentation, Cadence of Hyrule is not just a great spin-off to the legend of zelda series, it shows in an impressive way the abilities of indipendent developers, when big publishers give them their trust. An absolute must-buy for fans of zelda, roguelike and rhytmgames and everything, which it needs for.

Also in version 2.0, DiRT Rally stays a brilliant hardcore-simulation with deep-rooted mechanics, an enormous grade of detail and a steep motivation curve without nearly no mistakes after all. Fans of rally and friends of racing games should put this title on their list.

Though Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice goes in terms of storytelling and rpg mechanics more compact ways than his spiritual predecessors, it turns up his expectations on your skillset much higher and delivers you a total new, stunning and challening experience, which demands anything and shouldn`t be missed out by any fan of well-kept hardcore games. With the exception of From Softwares typical problems with the camera and a little headstrong lootmechanic, Sekiro is indefinitely a must-have and potential contender for the game of the year.

Dead Cells plays like a best-of series from many groundbreaking ideas of the last decades: artwork and gameplay are brilliant, controls are flawless, the motivation curve is surprisingly steep and all the components are so good well mixed together that you are going to forget time. Even if you just a little into one of these genres, Dead Cells is an absolute no-brainer.

Brimming with love of detail, this title is an absolute must-buy for every owner of a Nintendo Switch. Red Dead Redemption 2 is the promised masterpiece we all expected in advance: an epic Western with a rich content which delivers an enormous grade of detail and possibly the best-looking game of this generation. You can clearly feel all the effort the developers put into it. A must-buy for all fans of a more grown-up western and a massive Open World, which many people will talk about in years from now.
