Skyrim is over six years old, but its VR port is the perfect opportunity to dive back into its dungeons. The added dimension made me feel like I was exploring Skryim for the first time again. And though it's only a port, its breath of content may very well make it a system seller for the platform.
Sea of Thieves is a beautiful adventure. It's equal parts satisfying, boisterous, and charming. Pirating is a great deal of fun, especially with friends, but you must be content with its empty progression system to justify its full price.
Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet's fast, mobile combat and deep customization options aren't enough to counter the game's repetitive, limited content.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 2 is a worthy sequel. The stakes are higher, the bonds of Class VII remain a high point, the combat system is as engaging as ever, and the port is perfectly executed. I cannot recommend this series enough.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a fan-service heavy brawler that's both exciting and rewarding to play.
The .hack//G.U. trilogy was one of my absolute favorite sagas ten years ago, and playing it again in high resolution has been an absolute joy.
