A well aged fantasy/horror action RPG, that even those who have never played before should definitely give a chance. Don't be scared off by the stories of how difficult it is. (Though also know, those stories are true.)
Whilst there are clear deficiencies in places, this is just due to the fact Shemue is an aged classic. But a classic it remains and whilst other games may have surpassed it from a open-world game point of view, there's never really been anything like Shenmue for nearly 20 years.
A worthy successor to the original, Overcooked 2 delivers in all the ways you'd want it too, with room for a little more.
In conclusion, The Infectiousness Madness of Doctor Dekker is an admirable attempt at a niche horror title, marred only by the U.I. of the particular version I played. I'm already invested in their next game, I'll just make sure I pick that up on the Switch.
Even though Raging Justice doesn't reinvent the wheel, it does the job in fun way that I feel is definite value for money. Pick your preferred mode and have at it.
A great indie sci-fi title, strong enough to entice even if you haven't played the original.
A wonderful retread into this world for fans of old, an epic new adventure for uninitiated.
If you want a minimalist, reaction-based action game with style and a kick-ass soundtrack, go for it. If like me you equate playing a game to reading a good book, then it's definitely not for you.
