METAL GEAR SOLID: Master Collection Vol.1 includes some of the most groundbreaking video games ever made so even if the featured ports aren't all that special, you still get one awesome package and the extras are quite lovely to boot. ❕

The pose-based gameplay of WarioWare: Move It! sets it apart from previous entries and it all works out impressively well with mostly intuitive controls and a super-fun co-op Story mode. Wario's moves aren't quite as smooth as they were back in the day, though. 💃

It was wonderful revisiting Rena and Claude yet again in STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R and it's undoubtedly the best edition of their grand journey so far. I wasn't expecting to be reminded of as much retro baggage as I was, though, but it's still a great RPG. 🌌

I figured The Jackbox Party Pack 10 would have been a celebration of the series that took things to new heights but instead, it's a mostly middling offering that doesn't reach many high notes. Please bring back You Don't Know Jack next year! 🤭
