While it may not bring anything new gameplay-wise to the genre, the unique design and story, amazing soundtrack, challenging combat, hours of enjoyment, and fantastic boss fights make Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition a bonafide winner.

While not perfect, Pathfinder: Kingmaker does a great job of providing a complex and true to its origin isometric RPG. Newer players to the genre should definitely be wary though as it is so intricate a system with a limited tutorial.

If I could quit my job and spend the next few years playing Divinity: Original Sin II Definitive Edition I would. It is addictive in every aspect. From the customization of your team, to the impressive combat, to the thousands of outcomes in the story, it never gets old.
