Live a Live is a remake that we needed and the game itself needed to have.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a journey of epic proportions and scale that reminded me of these experiences that are great and epic in terms of ambitions. Sometimes it can be melodramatic and talkative in an old fashioned way but that sense of grandeur is all that matters. With a rich narrative in terms of ideas, concepts and twists along the way, you'll find that the heart of it is in its characters. If you're a JRPG fan this is the game that you must play.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land looks like a production leap for the series and is an extremely enjoyable game, with variety and a fantastic pace that is able to hide many of its weaknesses. I'm sure it will not disappoint anyone who dedicates their time to it.

Deathloop seems at times like an attempt by Arkane to make its distinctive formula more accessible, so that it can finally boost its mainstream appeal. But we are always talking about a title of the highest quality, with a concept and a structure that are masterfully executed, an excellent multiplayer and a multi-level and creative gameplay.

Death's Door has very few original ideas, but the flawless implementation of its basic mechanics, combined with a world full of personality and humor, make this ten-hour journey very charming.

Village is one of the most enjoyable action-horror games I have ever played, in the purest way and with everything that this entails for a title in the horror genre.

Soulstorm is an updated and highly enhanced version of Abe's Exodus. Its new additions bring depth to the gameplay but also a lot of irritation, mainly due to a poorly designed save system.

Genesis Noir is a game of rare conception and points, unequal execution. It manages to tell a tragic personal story on a universal scale that, in an age of abundance of titles and narratives, manages to stand out with its uniqueness; on the other hand, its choices at the level of interaction seemed trivial and rather superficial.

Mundaun is a game with such a strong and clearly structured personality that makes it exceedingly difficult not to forgive its small design and technical irregularities.

Maquette is definitely not perfect. However, its very special concept, its wonderful aesthetic and some inspiring moments, were enough to keep me until the end and give it an interesting personality.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is an easy suggestion. It contains the best version of a great game and a highly demanding and enjoyable new 'sub-chapter' for the series.

Little Nightmares 2 is a worthy continuation of the 2017 title. It does not attempt something radically different, but it perfectly executes its new ideas.

The next generation version of NBA 2K21 is arguably the best of this year's game. Technically the upgrade is substantial and, indeed, not completely decorative, contributing to a smoother and more enjoyable gameplay experience.

Age of Calamity is a good game for its genre. The marriage of the drawn action of the Warriors games with the universe of Breath of the Wild has been done in a natural and unexpected way, creating a very special hybrid. For fans of these games but also for the fans of Breath of the Wild, there is undoubtedly plenty of remarkable content. Even if the script left me with mixed feelings, Age of Calamity remains a quality proposition.

Good Job! is a fun and well-crafted proposal with plenty of content for those looking for something light to spend their time happily. The weaknesses in handling and the small irregularities of the technical sector, are offset by the wide variety of missions and the enjoyable "catastrophic lust" that silences its design. If you like puzzles but where and where, you want to "break" them a bit, this game was made for you.
