I was born, learnt to walk and then fell in love with video games.
70 / 100 - Bus Bound
May 20, 2026

Bus Bound is not the spectacular bus simulator of my dreams. However, with its approach to Emberville and its gameplay loop, it proves to be a genuinely good game for those looking for a short adventure. I can recommend Bus Bound to you by starting with the phrase, ''If you've danced to this tune before.'' But if you are looking for a hardcore bus simulation featuring granular details like calculating change, you will have to look elsewhere.

80 / 100 - Forza Horizon 6
May 14, 2026

Forza Horizon 6 gave me the feeling that it wouldn’t have made much difference to me even if it had been set somewhere other than Japan. By sticking to their tried-and-tested formula and refining the driving mechanics, Playground Games has once again managed to deliver an impressive game. However, if the mention of Japan makes you think of plenty of drifting, you’ll probably end up feeling a bit disappointed, just like me.

Lord of Hatred adds some lovely touches to the main game, whilst also doing a brilliant job of telling its fantastic story. Is the new map Skovos? You’re going to love it.

84 / 100 - Crimson Desert
Apr 2, 2026

Although Crimson Desert falls short in terms of its story and narrative, its vast world, gameplay mechanics and brilliant execution have introduced the term ‘single-player MMORPG’ into our vocabulary, and we’re likely to be hearing it more often.

Although Anno 117: Pax Romana is a good game, it struggles with a focus confusion between its strategy and city-building aspects, and fails to paint a more impressive picture than its predecessors.

Europa Universalis V removes the barrier of ‘if you haven't played it before’ in the grand strategy genre, and in doing so, it succeeds in offering gameplay that is much more in-depth than its predecessors or peers.

Farthest Frontier avoids the pitfalls of modern audacity, doing its job very well within safe boundaries and becoming a fair and measured city-building game. Neither too much, nor too little.

79 / 100 - Battlefield 6
Oct 9, 2025

Battlefield 6 is a good first-person shooter game, but at this stage it has too many gaps that need to be filled with player feedback.

Dying Light: The Beast won't be a favourite due to its lack of striking innovations, but Kyle Crane's return and the context it's built upon make it worth playing.

83 / 100 - EA Sports FC 26
Sep 21, 2025

EA Sports FC 26 has managed to become the football game that most closely resembles what we see on television. However, no solution has yet been found for the bugs that have been present for years.

F1 25 is the best game in the series to come out in recent years. This year, it really feels like a ‘complete package.

No Recommendation / Blank - JDM: Japanese Drift Master

JDM: Japanese Drift Master is unfortunately a game where ambition overrides skill. Basically: it doesn't work well.

76 / 100 - The Precinct
May 13, 2025

The Precinct offers an enjoyable, exciting and sometimes problematic experience in Averno City, which it created with GTA 4 aesthetics. It's definitely a good game, but it needs a little more polish to reach its potential.

Ground deformation adds freshness to every lap of the races. Realistic riding mechanics and physics make it a difficult game to master. However, it is not very suitable for beginners and this mastery is not sufficiently rewarded. That's why Supercross 25 is not a game I can recommend to everyone. But if you're a die-hard fan of the series, I can say that it will please you.
