Epic Games completely ruined this game. The servers are terrible, sometimes you kick the ball and it just goes through your car due to server lag, they removed the exchanges and many people stopped playing, the game community is disappearing thanks to this horrible company that is epic games .
Rocket League has some of the most brain-dead special needs retarded teammates you could imagine, and the useless devs will add an option to report a teammate for throwing a game but will never act upon any discipline to the respective monkey.

Do not get this game Epic games is killing it and not doing anything about it. #1 Biggest issue Smurfs, you cannot play 2 games of any mode without running into some making it impossible to play competitively. #2 they took away player trading meaning my friends have to grind
The more you play it the more you hate it. The match making is horrible. The microtransactions on this game are... aggressive. The community is full of neck beard virgins who rage quit constantly. Spend your time playing something else. There's nothing to build towards, the game modes you like

The owners don't care about their player base and allow you to create as many accounts as you want as long as you have e-mail address to create them with. Smurfs(a term for you that don't play this game is a player with a lower account than their actual rank)

For the last few seasons now RL has become uncompetitive for casual players due to most matches at lower ranks being decided by smurfs (high ranked players playing on alternate accounts). New players don't stick around, and casual players have stopped playing.
