The Tenants will scratch that itch for gamers who like the casual pace of management sim. There is plenty to do in the game to keep you busy for hours. But, hopefully, in between other updates, the devs will pay attention to the long loading times and implement an improvement.
The Tenants is a good management title in which we will have to manage and renovate various properties, but it could quickly become boring to those less accustomed to the genre, given the lack of real content.

The Tenants is a management simulation game in which you play the role of a wealthy entrepreneur who must rise from nothing to the top of the social ladder. Work your fingers to the bone, take on jobs, satisfy your clients’ needs, and save up capital to buy your own properties, which you’ll then fill with tenants to secure a passive income. The game piles a ton of responsibility on your shoulders, which can get tedious after a few hours due to the repetitive gameplay.
