The first game was divisive, but this one is definitely more likable to average people, which isn't to say the game lost its identity, it's just because they made it more frictionless, and had more fun things to play with in the first few hours so that inpatient people wouldn't
Not bad, but too many game elements feel unnecessary. Too few differences from the first part and too casual.
In almost all ways this is an improvement over the original game. It's more gripping, wacky and meditative. If you've been hesitant I recommend playing the Director's Cut of the first game and then giving this a whirl as soon as you can. One of 2025's best games.

This is one of the best games made. Yeah it has it's wierd moments and "wtf" moments, but it all still makes for one 10/10 masterpiece. A "must play" for sure.
