Must play open world RPG both for Gothic veterans and newcomers.
A very weak remake of a cult game. The combat system is problematic: constant misses, mob magnetization, and enemy passivity. The AI is poor, and much of the character's daily routine is lost. The design is more detailed, but it completely fails to capture the atmosphere of the original. From
A faithful remake that modernizes the controls for new players while preserving the progression system and core formulas that are essential to Gothic. After the harsh struggle of the early game, it delivers a rewarding sense of steadily growing stronger and progressing throughout the game.
Love what alkimia has done with my beloved classic gothic! Absolut authentic and fun to play and watch.
