This ugly trash was doomed from the start and should be a testament to game developers not understanding the core audience of gamers.
This game is a black hole of time. I have to restrain myself to stay away so I don't accidentally add another hundred hours to my playtime.
Never played an extraction shooter before but I fell in love with this game after just a few hours of play, I now have
With over a hundred hours of game play, the looting has never felt better. One of the best competive shooters i have played. Once you get pass the learning curve, you will enjoy it. The biggest thing I love about the game is that after I play with teams, I
this game rips. the aesthetic is off the charts, and the gunplay is the best i've ever played.
Not a fan of this. So much wrong with it. The game fundamentally isn't fun. Maybe im burnt out from live service games I dunno. But doesn't hit like destiny.
This is the most polished Bungie has ever been. The lore is incredible, the gunplay is as juicy as ever and the tension playing on solo has f’d me up more than any other game ever.
I’m a D1 Beta player veteran that grew up playing Halo all the way up
I mean it. Best Multiplayer Shooter the last 5 years…
Best gunplay, amazing Engagement and progression as well as Great Community.
Only keyboard hagrids Talk Bad on the Game without playing it over one Hour… (or Even Never did)
Try it for 1hour if you are into Multiplayer fps and then rate
Bungie found their magic again, and in the least likely of places. I don't know if Marathon will succeed, but it's the most fun I've had with a PvP focused game in a decade.

This game had everything stacked against it. Bungie has effectively killed Destiny 2. Extraction shooters are niche.
geared solely for professional streamers. frustrating for casual players
This game feels like it should have been an update for destiny 2. It has good gun mechanics but if you dont have a team it will be tedious. This game would have been better had they put more content into the maps and maybe be able to do more
I'm loving this game, very immersive, excellent gunplay, brutal gameplay loop. You need to change how you think of the game and play smarter; every defeat you learn. The more you play the more addictive it becomes. First hours can be pretty brutal and hard to keep motivated, but once
It's many years since I got addicted to a FPS. Not everything is great or perfect, but it is different enough, to keep me engaged to it daily since server slam and release. 40hrs already. 😊 Great mechanics, great design, sound design, presentation is art, art design it's very good,
Excellent gunplay, aesthetics, and overall game design. Could use tweaks to increase casual gamer stickiness, and improvements to monetization, but an incredibly solid game.
I enjoy the very aspect of the game. How it reminds me of IDEs I use at work and the visuals of anime from the 90s. The music is something beyond. You still need to get used to the game, it's rough to beginners but each run even the failed
All the best parts of bungie gunplay and movement in one of the better extraction shooter packages. some of the looting/menus as well as the implant/core system can be a bit abstract, but those are items I feel confident bungie can easily address and don't have a major impact on
I'm an old, and I'm generally bad at FPS PvP. So, I die a lot in this game. But, d*mn it's still so much fun. I see where I can improve, and it makes me want to get better so I can make serious runs in Cryo at some point.
Everything about the combat in this game is excellent. PvP feels intense and rewards strategy over brute force, usually. The world and lore are mysterious, scary, and intriguing - I want to know more about this place and what happened. The only major ding so far against this game is
