A captivating cinematic experience, superb graphics and sound, a gripping storyline and a solid intuitive combat without too many unnecessary upgrades. A blend of Prince of Persia, GoW and Tomb Raider. A highly optimized graphics engine. The best game in the series!
Impressive game that fits in well with the rest of the Plague Tale games.
Art is absolutely top tier.
Combat is a bit hard for what this sort of game needs.
A worthy successor to the two previous masterpieces in the *A Plague Tale* series, this game features a narrative—much like its predecessors—filled with dramatic and impactful moments. Complementing the story are engaging battles and puzzles that offer a satisfying challenge; thanks to an excellent, step-by-step hint system, they remain entertaining
Basicly a great game. The game engine is incredible. Story is very interesting suits A Plague Tale saga. And turkish subtitles was just right decision. Congrats asobo.
Just finished up Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. Played as one of the featured games in the Game Pass Game Club where we pick a game each month to play and discuss. I really loved this game. Mainly set 15 years before the other games, tells the back story of
Pretty, but really mediocre and repetitive. Bounced off mid-way with no interest to keep doing the same things over and over. Combat and progression feels like its been tacked on.
The graphic beauty of this game for me is a little dissonant with the combat system, parrying and evasion through timings, caused a certain tension physically and emotionally. And the lasers with colored beams were a little inconvenient. Sophia, I am very impressed and do not consider her embodiment of
I practically "binge-played" this game.

The "let-me-think-about-it":
While the story is great and you see some topics common to the plague tale series, there's a bit "too much" fantasy for a plague tale game. Both requiem and innocence are more "grounded" to a "possible" reality. Resonance is
Gameplay, both combat and stealth are engaging, characters are great to listen to and story proposes interesting future for Plague Tale series.
Story progression felt rushed as the game is really short. There are moments where you are forced to push through emotional moments, taking away from the experience.
Some polish would
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy might be the most underrated game of 2026. As of its release in August, there are a still a number of great games to come this year, but it's my personal game of the year so far. For me, a great game needs excellent gameplay,
This scratches that Uncharted itch so good. Amazing environments, great direction, and very fun combat. Combat does take a hit to get used to but upgrades give it a fluidity that feels so good.
Started out decent, but by a little over half way through the game, it's starting to get incredibly repetitive. I wish I'd counted how many times a long sneak sequence is followed by a mad dash for the nearest light or conveniently-collapsing cave entrance. Also, "the creature" is just... not
As a Tomb Raider copy it's okay. As a Plague Tale game it doesn't work. The story and characters doesn't work at all. Graphics and music is outstanding tho.
Bring back Amicia and Hugo.
